What browser are you using?
Virus/Malware scan?
VPN being used?
OS using?
And ultimately, recently the DNS was altered on the site, so at some point it could take 24/48 hours for it to respond for some. Though that should be settled in now but there is that as a possibility.
In the meantime, please send any tech questions through the contact page.
There is a known issue with bitdefender lately which is causing some conflicts to how the rooms load, no messages appearing and so on.
